These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Harmony Integrated Services (Pty) Ltd website (Reg No. 2026/102134/07) and any enquiries, quotes or orders submitted through it.

2. Quotes & Orders

Submitting the Order Products form constitutes a request for a quotation, not a confirmed order. All quotations are subject to written confirmation, stock availability, and final agreement between Harmony Integrated Services and the client.

3. Arrangement Types

Products may be supplied on a Buy Outright, Rental, or Service & Refill Contract basis. Specific terms, pricing and duration for rental and service & refill contracts will be set out in a separate written agreement once a quote is accepted.

4. Product Compliance

Products supplied are SABS approved and supplied under an ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system, aligned with SARTSMA guidance where applicable. Certification details are available on request.

5. Website Use
